My Training Plan

Holla!!!

So I thought it would be helpful to put my training plan here so you can all help keep me accountable :) My training began on January 1st. My goal was to be able to run 1 mile by Saturday January 5th. To facilitate this I walked/ran one mile each of my training days this week. Every week between now and the second week of February, I will be increasing my mileage by one mile. Every saturday I will need to run that weeks mileage without stopping. After that time I will be starting the 10 week half marathon training schedule Shells found--which I will post when the time comes.

So there you have it....you should see 2 miles next week...etc.....

What are you doing the other days of the week in order to be prepared for increasing your milage every Saturday?
